The Way We Do Business
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards on our website. Should you feel uncomfortable about inputing credit card information on the website, please feel free to call the store direct with your payment information. When you call to make a payment, you may use your MasterCard, Visa or Discover Cards.
We serve businesses and ministries in all locations around the world, especially those preparing for missions work in remote locations around the world. We provide free design services as long as we print your product. If you choose to take our design to another printer, we may, at our option, charge a nominal design fee.
Customer-provided designs and files: we are not responsible for typographical and other errors. Please carefully proofread and examine your project before you submit it for printing. If we find a typographical or other error before printing, we will inform you so that you can make corrections. You are responsible for payment, even if the finished product has errors when we print your design.

COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARKS
The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Site are licensed or owned by The Howard Print Shop and other parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose without the written permission of The Howard Print Shop or such third party which may own the Marks. All information and content including any images or designs available on or through the Site (“Content”) is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.
When you submit images, logos, photos and the like, you warrant that these are licensed or owned by you and that there is no copyright or trademark infringement on your behalf in submitting such items. Should The Howard Print Shop request documentation to prove ownership or licensure or such items, you agree to provide them prior to printing. In no way is The Howard Print Shop liable for any copyright infringement on your part.
NO WARRANTIES
THE HOWARD PRINT SHOP DOES NOT ENDORSE AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR (A) THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE OR STATEMENT MADE THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE HOWARD PRINT SHOP, (B) ANY CONTENT PROVIDED ON LINKED SITES OR (C) THE CAPABILITIES OR RELIABILITY OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED FROM A LINKED SITE.
